The Way – Yahushua fulfilled every prophesy regarding His coming
Transforming the Law to Love

For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Yahushua Messiah (Joh 1:17 KJV)

Agenda

Background and summary of Israel’s History
Sinai and Moab Covenants
First Born and First Fruits Design Preceded the Levitical System
Old Contract Disposition

Levitical Law was an add on
Broken by Israel

The New Contract
A More Perfect Way Prophesied
A Better Hope is Declared
Higher Benchmarks – Revolutionary Attributes
Perfected and Fulfilled by Yahushua

We will talk about the covenants, and by now we’ve covered a lot of territory. We’ve gone through all of the old contract, or the Old Testament presentation material and I’ve shown you how there are really three covenants during the wandering years of 40 years when the Israelites were led by Moses in the desert. We’ve now come to the point in the presentation that will be focused and centered on Yahushua’s more excellent way. The way is The Way. Today we will discuss item one of the nine points.

A More Excellent Way

1. Yahushua fulfilled every OT scripture predicting His coming
2. The law and prophets point to Yahushua
3. 1st covenant contract is abolished
4. Torah is transformed and center calibrated to love
5. New contract internalizes YHWH’s law in a believer’s heart and mind
6. New contract is comprised of 2 great commandments
7. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets
8. Obedience to Torah is fulfilled and satisfied through love
9. Love leads to obedience

Purpose and Scope is a subset of the agenda, and we will be looking at the detail and the characteristics and attributes of The Way through the next several presentations until the conclusion.

1. Examine the covenants at Sinai, Moab and the Upper Room
2. Determine if Yahushua modified, magnified or abolished the law
3. Discover what laws Yahushua fulfilled
4. Explore the terms of the new contract established by Yahushua
5. Detail the characteristics and attributes of The Way
6. Substantiate what law/laws are applicable today

We’ll be looking at the attributes that they possess. But before we jump in I want to highlight some of Part 5.

Last Session Review
The Sermon on the Mount

You will recall in Part 5, the Sermon on the Mount was the major discussion. We looked at Matthew chapter 5, 6, 7, and ended in chapter 8. We looked at the details of the Sermon on the Mount in the context of what Yahushua was talking about and that he was talking to many disciples, many believers, as well as the twelve disciples that he called out early on in his ministry. This teaching session, or the seminar if you will, took place in Galilee around the Sea of Galilee in approximately in 27 or 28 CE. I want to look at this because there is a scripture in Matthew 5:17 that is so misunderstood by so many people and it’s the foundation that many belief systems are based upon. That scripture says

Think not that I’m come to destroy G2647= to loosen down, disintegrate demolish the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy G2647=same But to fulfill. G4137=make replete, level up a hollow, fill-up, perfect, be complete, fully preach.

In part 5 we talked about verse 17 is not about keeping the law or not keeping the law, as many think that it is, but it’s whole purpose and foundation is for Yahushua to tell us that he is coming to fulfill all the prophecies of his coming. He doesn’t have any other agenda; he’s saying that everything that’s been spoken of him is going to be fulfilled; he is saying he’s not going to destroy any of that. He goes on in the second verse

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass G3928=go away, perish, neglect, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass G3928=same from the law (or prophets), till all be fulfilled G1096=cause to be, come to pass, be done. (Mat 5:17-18 KJV)

Law and Prophets Insinuated Points to Yahushua
Equal Authority of Law and Prophets

“Out of the law” includes the prophets

The people answered him (Yahushua), We have heard out of the law that Messiah abideth forever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of man? (Joh 12:34 KJV)

Reference is “the law”

4 citations from writings and prophets:

YHWH hath sworn, and will not repent; Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. (Psa 110:4 KJV)

And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. (Dan 7:14 KJV)

And I will make her that halted H6760=to limp a remnant, and her that was cast off a strong nation; and YHWH shall reign over them in Mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever. (Mic 4:7 KJV)

Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of YHWH of hosts will perform this.
(Isa: 9-7 KJV)

Torah points to Yahushua

YHWH thy Eloah will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken……I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. (Deu 18: 15-18 KJV)

We looked at a number of items, one being how Yahushua fulfilled every detail of his promised coming, from the smallest to the greatest detail. One of those areas that we focused on was this notion that the law is preeminent in the scripture when it mentions the law and/or the prophets. I gave you four examples how that is not true. When you see the terminology ”the law and the prophets”, and sometimes just the law, and sometimes just the prophets, it’s assuming that the books of the Bible are being talked about. So “out of the law”, and I showed you this in part 5, you will have to go back to read or listen to that if you missed it. When you see the terminology “out of the law”, that also in the context of what’s being said includes the prophets.

We’ve looked at a number of citations and scriptures to show you that the law and the prophets are of equal authority. Sometimes the scripture points to something that is in the law or the books of Deuteronomy, Leviticus, Exodus and so forth. Other times the law and the prophets are equal pointers, and we saw that example in Luke 24:27 and Yahushua himself, on resurrection day said:

Law and the prophets are equal pointers:

And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. (Luke 24:27 KJV)

Notice it says “At Moses and the prophets”; he’s talking about everything that’s pointing to him. You will have to go back to session 5 to get the fullness of the above scriptures and this discussion. Suffice it to say, when you see this terminology “law and prophets”, they have equal authority. This is referring to the books in the Bible, it also includes the writings. I showed you them in the Psalms. This is an important part of his message there, and it’s often taken as a stand-alone and the only way you can really understand this is in the verses that precedes it in Matthew chapter 5, and the verses that succeeds it in Matthew 6, 7 and going on into 8. This particular section of scripture really forms a foundation for a different understanding of what Yahushua was talking about to the multitudes and the disciples.

New Covenant Contract Foundation
Prophecy of Messiah’s Arrival, Death and Resurrection Fulfilled

Think not that I am come to destroy G2647=to loosen down, disintegrate, demolish the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy G2647=same, but to fulfil G4137=make replete, level up a hollow, fill-up, perfect, be complete, fully preach.

He goes on in Matthew 5:19-20:

(Continuing on) Whosoever therefore shall break G3089=destroy, dissolve, loose, melt, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass G4160=make, agree, appoint, continue and teach them, the same shall be called great G3187=larger in the kingdom of heaven, For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall (far) exceed G4052= be in excess, super abound, be more abundant + G4119=more in quantity, greater the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Mat 5:19-20 KJV)

I would argue that this particular set of verses is talking about the prophecy of his coming, that’s the context of what he’s talking about. This is a substantial different understanding than many have had on the purpose of this scripture. Most people that read this scripture take it in a stand-alone context and don’t really relate it to what was said before and what was said after. He also goes on to say that your righteousness needs to exceed that of the scribes and the Pharisees. That doesn’t mean to keep more law that means to be a Believer in the coming of the Messiah. They missed it, the main thing the Pharisees and the Sadducees and the scribes, the Temple authorities missed the fact that the Messiah came. There were over three hundred Old Testament scriptures and we will go into some of them that pointed to is coming. They are without excuse, and that is what this is all about. You have to exceed the righteousness of the Pharisees. The Pharisees made their future and their salvation based on the works of the law. The latter sessions of this presentation are going to show you that that is just not the case, that isn’t true

In the last session we talked about that there were three interpretations of this centerpiece in Matthew 5:17-20.

Three Primary Interpretations

Mainstream Christianity fundamentally, tries to show that the law has been done abolished, it’s been fulfilled and that there are two great commandments now and that’s all there is. I would agree there are two great commandments but I would not agree that that’s all there is.

We also looked at, and talked about the Torah Keepers version of this particular scripture and the Torah Keepers version would argue that the Mosaic Law is in effect, in full force with the exception of sacrifices and stoning and perhaps a few other items that are not done in the society today.

I showed you also how the Torah Keepers view of the New Covenant is really that of a Renewed Covenant, pointing to a future time when there would be a New Covenant when the kingdom comes from heaven above. YHWH will bring a New Heaven and a New Earth. The Torah Keepers view is that is when the fulfillment of the New Contract or the New Testament takes place. The letter of the law is emphasized and upheld by the Torah Keeper.

I also showed you at the end of the last presentation which is the entrée into part 6 that The Way, is the way. There are nine points that we will be going through in the next few presentations.

1. Yahushua fulfilled every old contract scripture predicting His coming.
2. The law and the prophets point directly to Yahushua
3. 1st covenant contract is abolished (Version 2 & 3)
4. Torah is transformed and center calibrated to love
5. New contract internalizes YHWH’s law in a believer’s heart and mind
6. New contract is comprised of 2 great commandments
7. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets (Mat 22:40 KJV)
8. Obedience to Torah is fulfilled and satisfied through love
9. Mantra – Love leads to obedience

The first one we are going to highlight today and examine in detail these nine points is number one, Yahushua fulfilled every old contract scripture predicting His coming. Then when we read Matthew 5:17 it takes on a new context, a new understanding.

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. (Mat 5:17-19 KJV)

This particular scripture now with the background of Part 5 and this review should take on a whole new understanding and a new direction.

The Way
The Upper Room Contract
this would be what people would call the New Covenant. Then we will go into the details of Item one of the nine items.
1. Yahushua fulfilled every Old Testament scripture predicting His coming

The Upper Room Contract At Jerusalem – New Contract ratified

A timeline of the last ten days of Yahushua at Jerusalem in 30 CE and some of you know I say 30 CE is the date of the crucifixion, but that doesn’t come without some analysis that’s previously been done. I just didn’t pick 30 CE and think that’s the date, there is a variety of argument and study on this particular subject and a couple of years ago I did a detailed analysis of it. People think as early as 28 CE and some as late as 33 and 34 CE was the date of the crucifixion. If you want to really go examine that, you can take a look at a document on my website. I wrote a paper titled “The Most Important Date in History” and there you will find a detailed chart and it highlights the alternatives that are being discussed in the academic world today.

Fundamentally, there are two main divisions of controversy. One being the Hebrew calculated calendar and the question of was it in place when Yahushua was crucified? Or was the visible crescent calendar in place when Yahushua was crucified? I have taken the year of 28 Ce through 33 CE and unwound the calendar both the Hebrew calendar and the crescent Moon Calendar to the dates and you can unwind both calendars easily with computer programs that are available today with a high degree of accuracy.

What you find is dependent upon what your belief is when the crucifixion actually occurred. Did it occur on Wednesday? Or did it occur on Friday? That’s how I went into this. I had previously thought that it occurred on Wednesday and the end result was that I don’t think that anymore. To my surprise, I don’t think it happened on Friday either I think it happened on Thursday. That’s a real minority prospective but for a variety of technical reasons that was the conclusion of this paper that I wrote.

What you will see is if you highlight the alternatives, and are a person that believes that the crucifixion occurred on a Wednesday, you have several choices to choose from. You could have a 28 CE, a 30 CE, or you could have a 31 CE.

Of interest in all of these alternatives is that in these particular years, both the Hebrew Calculated Calendar and the First Visible Moon Calendar happen to coincide. That doesn’t happen too often, but it sure did in these sample years that I looked at. If you think the crucifixion occurred on a Friday then by necessity it means that it had to happen in 33 CE.

If you’ve been of the opinion that the crucifixion was on a Friday and think it happened in 31 CE that would be technically and astronomically impossible from a calendar prospective. Here are the possibilities: Wednesday in 28 CE, Wednesday or Thursday in 30 CE, Wednesday in 31 CE and Friday in 33 CE. The study that I did on this showed me that this alternative in 30 CE, being on Thursday was actually when it happened so that is why you hear me say 30 CE. You can find the study on my website “The Most Important Date in History”. That will take you through all the details of why that conclusion is what it is.

Suffice it to say for this presentation we will look at a ten day window of time in 30 CE starting at Abib 8 (Friday) and complete on Abib 17 (Sunday Wave Sheaf). The first few days we see in the scriptures using all of the gospel accounts, John gives us some real good indications and clues. The book of Mark gives us some really great calendar points that we can lock in from his testimony. Let’s take a look at what some of the summary items are.

Friday Abib 8
Six days before Passover Yahushua came to Bethany it says that in John 12:1. This is somewhat a puzzle and the puzzle pieces have to fit together properly. The days of the week have to fit together properly and are influenced by the calendar and when the Passover was in any given year.
Dinner was served by Martha John 12:2 It looks to be a Sabbath meal on Friday.

Sabbath, Abib 9
People came to see Yahushua and Lazarus John 12:9. Lazarus had been raised from the dead at that point and they were interested to see this man that was dead and who had been raised and had many witnesses of this event.

Sunday, Abib 10
A major event happened when Yahushua came into Jerusalem on a donkey called the triumphal entry. John 12:13 and Mark 11:2 Palm branches were laid down and when you actually look at the scriptures you see that work was done with putting down this bed of palm branches and a path for the King to arrive on by all the people that were cheering him on. That would not have happened on the Sabbath, by the way, because it involved cutting down palm branches. They didn’t have these things ready to go, they weren’t anticipating this, it happened as it happened.

The next couple of days are clearly identified in Mark 11 through Mark 13.

Monday Abib 11
Yahushua cursed the figs and the Temple merchants were ejected Mark 11:15, Mark 11:12
Yahushua left the Temple/city that day and he went to the Mount of Olives Mark 11:19
Yahushua returned and the figs were dried up and the priests were engaged in a dialogue of the law and the prophets. Mark 11:27 and Mark 11:20

Tuesday Abib 12
The Olivet Prophecy with the disciples occurred. Two days is Passover Matthew 26:2, Mark 26:2 and Mark 13:2. This was the prophecy as Yahushua left the Temple area and his disciples, John, James, Peter and Andrew asked what the sign of his coming, and when will your return be and then Yahushua went on to say there would be wars and rumors of wars and tribulation. People are going to be hated for His name sake and because iniquity shall abound and lawlessness shall abound, the love of many will wax cold. It’s that section in Matthew 24 is when this occurs. After three parables that Yahushua gives, it says in two days is the Passover. If that happened on a Tuesday, the Passover would be on a Thursday.

Wednesday Abib 13
The day before the Passover that year didn’t have any dialogue in the scriptures, at least none that I can find.
Thursday Abib 14 Day 1 Passover day on the calendar would be on Thursday.
The New Covenant Contract was ratified in the upper room. Mark 14:14-24 and after that
Yahushua was taken captive Matthew 27:35, Mark 15:24, by the Romans through the High Priests Caiaphas and Annas and all of those events that happened.
Yahushua was crucified, died and was buried Matthew 27:50-66 and three days later Matthew 12:40 says three days and three nights and I believe that to be three days and three nights. I don’t believe it to be of necessity 72 hours. There is no evidence or justification that would prove 72 hours. That is, in my opinion a myth of some groups. I believed that for several years until I researched the timeline and the schedule of how this all unfolded. Three days and three nights in fact did occur.

Friday Abib 15 Day 2
1st Day Unleavened Bread
Sabbath Abib 16 Day 3
Yahshua in the grave
Sunday Abib 17
Yahushua’s Resurrection Mark 16:9

Three days and three nights did occur and that brought the resurrection to Sunday and the scriptures validate that. Mark 16:9 tells us that Sunday was the day. The events that happened after that, the road to Emmaus, and the appearance to the disciples, over the next 40 days, the three appearances transpires.

Let’s take a look at the New Contract in the Upper Room. There are three accounts of this, and I will use the one in Luke 22:8-20.

And He sent Peter and John saying, Go and prepare us the Passover that we may eat. And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare?

Notice that he says it’s the Passover, it isn’t a Seder or it isn’t something else, he says it’s the Passover. I know there is an argument with some groups and some people that think this is the day before the real Passover. Yes, the Jews were keeping the Passover one day later and they were likely sacrificing lambs on what is the real Passover instead of the night before. All that corruption occurred through the Temple hundreds of years earlier. This is the Passover is what Yahushua himself said Go and prepare us the Passover. I don’t know how to read that it’s not the Passover.

And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water. Follow him into the house where is the guest chamber, where I shall eat the Passover with my disciples? And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished; there make ready. And they went and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the Passover. And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of YHWH. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of YHWH shall come. And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. Likewise also the cup after supper saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you. (Luk 22:8-20 KJV)

This is the start of the new contract that Yahushua established with the wine and unleavened bread that he had his disciples partake of. It does not appear he partook of it. He said he wasn’t going to eat or drink anymore and it appears that he passed it around to his disciples for them to partake of.

This timeline gives us some of the highlights of what transpired in those last ten days and the ratification of the New Contract that Yahushua established in the upper room. That sets the pattern and the path.

The Way In Genesis 18 we find that the way isn’t something that’s in the New Contract, The Way has been in the scriptures all the way going back to Genesis. There are a number of examples of this.

And YHWH said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do; Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of YHWH, to do justice and judgment; that YHWH may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him. (Gen 18:17-19 KJV)

Abraham was a trusty servant and YHWH knew that he was going to uphold the way of YHWH.

Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and say unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned:

If you remember in the previous sessions, Isaiah was the prophet to the South, the Southern tribes going back to 720 BCE and that the North and South tribes had fallen into such idolatry that YHWH said he was going to take them over. This scripture is about that.

for she hath received of YHWH’s had double for all her sins. (She’s sinned a lot, talking about Jerusalem) The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare the way of YHWH, make straight in the desert a highway for our Eloah. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain; And the glory of YHWH shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of YHWH hath spoken it. (Isa 40:2-5 KJV)

Here are a couple of examples and there are a number of others of the way of YHWH being talked about. You’ve probably have never thought of it this way, but that’s what these scriptures say. The Way of YHWH. We see this in the New Testament, or the New Contract, somewhat frequently so we understand that there is a way, we might think of it as a new way, but this really isn’t new way it’s the way that YHWH established back in Genesis. In Acts 18 and we’ve read this scripture before but it serves a different prospective in the context of The Way.

And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus. This man was instructed in the way of YHWH; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of YHWH, knowing only the baptism of John. And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them and expounded unto him the way of YHWH more perfectly. (Act 18:24-26)

When you look at this scripture and read the context of it in the broader chapter of Acts, what it’s getting at is that there is a broader and expanded way and that is the way of Yahushua Messiah. This man Apollos was preaching the kingdom from the baptism of John, that’s as far as he understood which was the baptism of repentance. Pricilla and Aquila are showing him, and I have this mind’s eye view of Pricilla and Aquila saying “Hey Apollos, come on over here, and whispering to him “there’s a more excellent way, and that includes Yahushua Messiah.” I have this vision of that sort of perspective going on and Apollos is responding “OH!!” The lights go on and he goes to proclaim the Messiah because he had a proper foundation.

But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the Eloah of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets (regarding the coming Messiah): (It’s not written in the law about the necessity to keep the old covenant, it’s talking about written in the law and the prophets to recognize that the Messiah was coming. That’s what the prophets were focused on.) And have hope toward YHWH, which they the Pharisees themselves also allow, (The Pharisees allowed for a resurrection, they believed in that, but the Sadducees did not) that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward YHWH, and toward men.
(Act 24:14-16 KJV)

Here are some examples of the way being written in the scriptures, going all the way back to Genesis. We see examples in both the Old and New Covenants.

Yahushua Fulfilled Every Old Contract Scripture Predicting His Coming
With this background we will be able to go into the first of nine points. (pg. 5) There is such a mountain of evidence that Yahushua fulfilled every Old Testament scripture predicting His coming. The rest of this presentation is going to be about that. Notice the foundation, the scripture predicting his coming has to do with Matthew 5:17.

Think not that I am come to destroy the law or the prophets; I am not come to destroy but to fulfil. G4137 fill up perfect, fully preach

The law and prophets really preannounce the coming of Messiah and we’ll see a number of scriptures that show us.

And he said unto them, these are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled G4137=same, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. (Luk 24:44 KJV)

Once you start to see this theme in the scriptures, you’re going to see it more and more as you do your own study.

Phillip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law and the prophets did write, Yahushua of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. (Joh 1:45 KJV)

This is probably turning on the light bulbs when you see these things. The preannouncement of the Messiah in the Old Testament is so pervasive that it’s hard to imagine that the Temple authorities in the day of Yahushua missed it. And as they rejected it, they probably had it in their heart that they knew He was the Messiah even though their hearts were seared.

Because of greed and the system that was in place, is something like the political system that’s in place today. You can’t escape it, you have to stay apart from it or you’re not going to survive. I don’t know what their motivation was but there certainly were some that saw it but the majority did not. It’s hard to imagine given how many scriptures there are in the law and the prophets, the writings that pointed to a coming Messiah. We will see how the scriptures were all fulfilled. There was not one jot or one tittle of any of these scriptures that was overlooked.

Law and the Prophets preannounce the coming Messiah

Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. (Joh 5:39 KJV)

Yahushua is telling us to search the scriptures, all of them. Search all the scriptures, the law, the prophets and the writings. In Acts 24 Paul is speaking:

But this I (Paul) confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the Eloah of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets. (Act 24:14 KJV)

In a very short sentence Paul is talking about the fact that this is the way and he’s also talking about it being written of in the law and prophets. He’s also mentioning that some are calling this heresy so I’ve actually run into that. People have said “this is heresy” that you think that the old contract has been abolished. That’s heresy to somebody that is a Torah Keeper and a law keeper thinking that Yahushua would change this direction and this path. But the New Way is just that and it’s the truth. And it’s the way, but it is heresy to some.

(Peter talking) But ye denied the Holy One and the Just….And killed the Prince of life, (Peter is giving a dissertation to a group of Temple authorities) whom YHWH hath raised from the dead (You Temple authorities killed the Prince of Life whom YHWH has raised from the dead)……And His name through faith in His name hath made this (lame) man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by Him hath given him (lame man) this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. (In other words this is a pretty strong testimony of the power and authority of Yahushua Messiah) And now brethren, I wot (know) that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers. But those things, which YHWH before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, Messiah should suffer, he hath so fulfilled G4137+make replete, level up a hollow, fill up, perfect, fully preach. (Act 3:14-18 KJV)

He’s fully preached it, he’s made it complete, he’s perfected it.

The preannouncement of the Messiah was well known to at least some of the people. There’s probably well known to most of the Temple authorities, but they rejected the fact that the true Messiah was really standing in front of them and witnessing to them.

Promise of His coming is satisfied and we are somewhat focused on the scripture in Matthew 5:17, but think how this applies now that you have a different mind and eyes to see and ears to hear.

Think not that I am come to destroy G2647=to loosen down, disintegrate, demolish the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy G2647=same, but to fulfill G4137=make replete, level up a hollow, fill up, perfect, be complete, fully preach. (Mat 5:17)

To complete it, to fill it up, to perfect it, to fully preach, so this promise is satisfied. That’s what Yahushua is speaking at the Sermon on the Mount in 28 CE. He was speaking to these people and he’s saying that all of these things that have been predicted or preannounced, He is standing before you as the testimony that He is the Messiah. It is stunning to start to understand this.

When Yahushua therefore had received the vinegar, he said, it is finished G5055=to end, complete, execute, fill up, perform: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. (Joh 19:30 KJV)

Yahushua is done with fulfilling and satisfying the prophecies of His coming, he did, he performed every scripture, every prophecy flawlessly, and he bowed his head and he gave up the ghost. The promise of his coming is satisfied at this point.

(Paul speaking) For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every Sabbath day, they have fulfilled G4137=make replete, level up a hollow, fill up, perfect, be complete, fully preach then in condemning him.

What Paul is saying is the scriptures about his condemnation are also proof that he is the Messiah. We see that in a variety of places. One place you can find a lot of detail is in Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53. You can find even the condemnation in the scriptures. We really have no excuse that all these things have happened including his condemnation because they were all preordained and preplanned, and set in place with the scriptures.

And though they found no cause of death in him, yet desired they Pilate that he should be slain. And when they had fulfilled G5055=to end, complete, execute, fill up, perform all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree G3586=timber, stocks, tree, and laid him in a sepulcher. But YHWH raised him from the dead: And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people. And we declare unto you glad tidings G2097=announce good news, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, YHWH hath fulfilled G1603=accomplished entirely The same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Yahushua again; as it is also written in the second Psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. (Act 13:27-33 KJV)(From Ps 2:7)

Paul is quoting Psalm 2:7 as is his practice. He was a master in understanding and had a command of the scriptures that were available in those days which would have been Genesis through Zechariah. He knew where the scriptures were and he used them frequently as support in his writings. The more I understand about Paul, the more amazed I am of how dedicated and how sincere and how converted he was.

The Way
Yahushua Fulfilled Every Old Contract Scripture Predicting His Coming. Now, in this number one topic

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled G1096 (be done, come to pass)

Keep in mind, Matthew 5:17-18 is where this is coming from, and Yahushua is saying there are no rival systems, there are no substitutes. Every detail is going to be fulfilled.

(Peter) And he shall send Yahushua Messiah, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which YHWH hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. For Moses truly said unto the fathers, “A prophet shall YHWH your Eloah raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear” In all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people Deu 18:15-19.

Peter is talking to the Temple authorities again and the Pharisees knew the scriptures, they would have known what Deuteronomy 18:15-19 said. This is a testimony against them. They didn’t hear and they didn’t hear what this was really saying although they could repeat the words of the scripture. They didn’t understand what it meant.

Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which YHWH made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. (Act 3:20-25 KJV)

This promise goes all the way back to Abraham. YHWH is keeping his word and I think it’s noteworthy that it says “all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow”. Samuel was after the books of the law. This is showing us that there is a lot of prophecy starting with Samuel regarding the coming of Messiah.

He fulfilled the law and the prophets and I’ll give you a couple of examples,

I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him. (Deu 18:18-19 KJV)

That’s been fulfilled.

Phillip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, we have found him of whom Moses in the las, and the prophets, did write, Yahushua of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. (Joh 1:45 KJV)

Nathanael knew the scriptures, he knew Deuteronomy 18 and he knew some of the other ones that pointed forward to Yahushua’s coming. By the way, when you read the scriptures, if there is a question of understanding, if there is a question of understanding, put Yahushua Messiah in the center of it and what’s being pointed to works out to have a better, fuller, and more complete understanding. The scriptures don’t point to keeping the law. The scriptures point to Yahushua Messiah. That was part of fundamental problem in the early church and Paul and the original disciples were fighting with people that thought that the law was what was preeminent. The law wasn’t preeminent Yahushua was preeminent.

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of YHWH, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. (Isa 53:3-5 KJV)

This is probably a familiar scripture but look at the richness of the content that points to Yahushua. That was fulfilled.

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. (Mat 8:17 KJV)

It’s a reference in Matthew directly to this scripture in Isaiah. Now with those couple of examples, I’ve done some research on this and it turns out that there are over 300, some say over 400 but there are certainly over 300 prophecies in the Old Testament and the Old Contract that point to Yahushua. I have 50 of these prophecies here and the scriptures where you can find them.

1. Messiah to be the seed of the Woman Of interest, as far as I can see Messiah is the only one that’s ever called the seed of a woman, when an offspring is talked about, it’s always the seed of a man. But in this case our Holy Father YHWH was the father and the woman had no physical relationship that was Mary was actually the one with the seed through YHWH’s Spirit that ended up producing the Messiah.
Old Contract: Gen 3:15
New Contract: Mat 1:20, Gal 4:4

2. Messiah to be of the tribe of Abraham

10. Messiah will be betrayed by a friend
Old Contract: Ps 41:9
New Contract: Joh 13:18, 21

Maybe this is one that is not too commonly thought of, but here it is.

Yea mine own familiar friend (Ahithophel), in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me. (Psa 41:9 KJV)

This is David speaking, and it is thought, and I think correctly so, that this familiar friend that he’s talking about is Ahithophel. The writing that David has in the Psalms has a lot of pointers to the events that would transpose in his life, but also that are forward looking to Yahushua Messiah. David had a friend that went against him and that guy was Ahithophel that was fulfilled though, look in John.

I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me (Judas) hath lifted up his heel against me.
(Joh 13:18 KJV)

Notice where this comes from, in Psalms it says “he eats bread with me and he lifts up his heel” so Yahushua himself is quoting Psalm 41. It’s amazing to see this, and to see the references that are being fulfilled in many places.

11. Messiah will ascend to heaven
Old Contract: Ps 68:18
New Contract: Luk 24:51, Act 1:9

12. Homage and tribute will be paid to Messiah by great kings (kings from the east and not just 3 that was probably a myth, but there were kings that came from the east)
Old Contract: Ps 72:10-11
New Contract: Mat 2:1-11

13. Messiah to be a priest of Melchizedek order
Old Contract: Ps 110:4

14. Messiah to be at the right hand of YHWH
Old Contract: Ps 110:1
New Contract: Mar 26:64, Heb 1:3

15. Messiah will be the stone which the builders rejected, yet become the head cornerstone
Old Contract: Ps 118:22-23, Isa 8:14-15, 28:16
New Contract: Mat 21:42-43, Act 4:11, Rom 9:32-33, Eph 2:20, 1Pe 2:6-8

16. Messiah to be born of a virgin
Old Contract: Isa 7:14

Therefore YHWH himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. (Isa 7:14 KJV)

New Contract: Mat 1:18, Lk 1:26-35

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, YHWH with us. (Mat 1:23 KJV) YHWH is with us through the Son. This whole list is that way, you go look up any of these and you’ll see the reference in the Old Contract and the fulfillment in the New.

Old Contract: Isa 9:1-8
New Contract: Mat 4:12-16

18. Messiah will be meek and mild

Old Contract: Isa 42:1, Isa 49: 1-8
New Contract: Mar 12:21

20. Messiah will be smitten
Old Contract: Isa 50:6
New Contract: Mat 26:67, 27:26, 30

21. Messiah will suffer, die, and rise again
This section in Isaiah 53 but back up a chapter and read Isaiah 52 and 53. You will be given a lot of information about what Isaiah wrote over 700 years before the Messiah came. How can that be? It’s only through the hand of YHWH that some plan, a design like this is pretty remarkable.
Old Contract: Isa 52:13-53:12
New Contract: Mat, Mar, Luk, Jon

22. Messiah as the arm of YHWH
Old Contract: Isa 53:1
New Contract: Joh 12:38

25. Messiah will perform miracles
Old Contract: Isa 35:5-6
New Contract: Joh 11:47, Mat 11:3-6

New Contract: Gal 4:4, Eph 1:10

27. Bethlehem is the place of Messiah’s birth, very specifically in Bethlehem.
Old Contract: Mic 5:2

But thou, Bethlehem H1035=house of bread Ephrata H672 fruitfulness, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose going forth have been of old, from everlasting. (Mic 5:2 KJV)

I’m guessing you hear that. Micah is saying that there would be a Messiah that would come forth and be the ruler of Israel. That’s fulfilled.
New Contract: Mat 2:1, Luk 2:4-6

Now when Yahushua was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the King, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem. (Mat 2:1 KJV)

There it is, it says wise men, and it doesn’t say 3 wise men. If you didn’t know, this name of Bethlehem means house of bread. How fitting and appropriate. In Micah it goes on to call it Bethlehem Ephrata and that means fruitfulness. So it’s the fruitful house of bread. Who came out of there? Yahushua Messiah came out of there.

28. Messiah will enter the Temple with authority
Old Contract: Mal 3:1
New Contract: Mat 21:12

29. Messiah will enter Jerusalem on a donkey

34. Messiah will be spat upon and struck
Old Contract: Isa 50:6

I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting. (Isa 50:6 KJV)

This scripture really jumps out to me. Not only was he beaten but cheeks means the hair on his face was plucked off. They spit on him too, we see the fulfillment in Matthew.

New Contract: Mat 26:67

Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him: and others smote him with the palms of their hands. (Mat 26:67 KJV)

How can something that happened 750 years ago or something that was discussed 750 years ago in fact be fulfilled and we as people that read it not understand that that is the Messiah? The one that YHWH said was going to come and he gave us over 300 prophecies that predicted it.

35. Messiah will be hated without cause
Old Contract: Ps 35:19, Ps 69:4
New Contract: Joh 15:24-25

40. Soldiers will gamble for Messiah’s garments
Old Contract: Ps 22:18
New Contract: Luk 23:34, Mat 27:35

41. Messiah’s bones will not be broken. The two other malefactors, the thieves and the criminals that were crucified with Yahushua had their legs broken, but not Messiah. A decision at the last minute by the Romans changed all of that so this scripture would be fulfilled. Even these kind of details.
Old Contract: Ex 12:46, Ps 34:20
New Contract: Joh 19:33-36

42. Messiah will be forsaken by YHWH
Old Contract: Ps 22:1
New Contract: Mat 27:46

Old Contract: Isa 53: 5-12
New Contract: Rom 5.6-8

50. Messiah will be the Son of YHWH
Old Contract: Ps 2:7, Pro 30:4

I will declare the decree: YHWH hath said unto me, Thou art my Son: this day have I begotten thee. (Psa 2:7 KJV) This would be David writing this about the future coming of the Messiah.

New Contract: Luk 1:32, Mat 3:17

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and YHWH Eloah shall give unto him the throne of his father David. (Luk 1:32 KJV)

The scripture in Romans 1:20 come into my mind frequently and it often comes to mind when I see the universe and I see the great expanse of the outdoors, the mountains and the ocean. I’ve used it before when we’ve talked about the magnificent of the galactic universe that we see and the wonders that YHWH created. Romans 1:20 says YHWH’s invisible attributes are clearly seen by that which is made manifest. It’s almost a contradiction of terms. How can you clearly see something that is not made with hands? Hebrews 10:3 says something similar to that.

The other part of Romans 1:20, you clearly see YHWH’s invisible attributes by that which is not made with hands, so that they have no excuse. There isn’t an excuse for this. When you see this list of these 50 items, even 5 of these items is strong evidence that the Messiah came in 30 CE and was the man that walked the earth then and was written of in the scriptures of what we know as the New Contract. That man Yahushua that had 12 disciples that gave the class tutorial there at the Mount of Olives, and scriptures in Matthew 5-6-7-and 8. Yahushua was the one that did that and he was the fulfillment of all of these prophecies. We are without excuse. Here are 50 of them and there are another 250 or more that you could find if you do a search on this. You will find all of them on some websites.

This all got me to thinking about what’s the probability of this? When I started doing the final preparation for this Part 6, I wondered what the probability of these 50 items coming to pass. This would be something like somebody a hundred years ago wrote that the President of the United States in 2020 would drive a certain kind of car that would come from a certain size family, would be born in a specific location, would have a certain status in life, would have worked a certain job. His parents were of peasant status, his education was from Harvard and he liked to dress with blue ties. If all these specifics that you could come up with of predicting someone that’s going to be president a hundred years ago. If that happened, you would have to say Wow that guy, a hundred years ago somehow he was led to predict this and there is no explanation. Every item that you add in the list, compounds the probability that won’t happen by the next order of magnitude which is a power of ten.

When you do the math on this, I actually discovered, but I didn’t know of this gentleman, Peter Stoner until I started researching this. Stoner did a study in a statistics class that he was a professor of and you can find the details of this at “Science Speaks and the Christ of Prophecy” it is in chapter 3 where some of this is highlighted.

Stoner put his statistic class to work and he asked “What if there were 8 different prophecies, what would be the probability that it would come to pass”. A question would be if someone were born in Bethlehem would be a king? And then, what’s the possibility of the fact that he was born in Bethlehem and was a king, and he would have also have traveled to Egypt. And then, what would be the possibility that he was a king and traveled to Egypt and born in Bethlehem and had magistrates come and visit him when he was a baby, and that he would be born of a virgin mother and so forth.

When you look at all of these individual items, each one makes the previous one even that more improbable that it could be possible. What Stoner did was he took 8 prophecies and when you look at the probability of that, that’s 1 to the 17th power. You can kind of get your arms around that number= 1in1017 (100,000,000,000,000,000). That’s one in one hundred quadrillion is what that number is. Not billion, the order is, billion, trillion and quadrillion. One in one quadrillion if just 8 of any of these prophecies were to come to be in effect, that’s the probability it would happen. When you take 48 of these prophecies, I took 50, but if you just took 48 of those, that becomes a probability of 1 in 10157. That number would look like this.

1 chance in this number here: 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,
000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

That’s 157 zeros with a 1 in front of it, that’s just how big this number is. In other words, there’s never been that many people, there’s only been several billions of people that have lived on the earth, I think that’s provable given birth rates and so forth.

The possibility of 40 of these prophecies coming into effect and the person coming out as the Messiah is such an astronomical large number, they are without excuse. We are without excuse if we don’t see the validity of this. There is only one way that this could have been done and that’s through YHWH. He put it in design and one person filling 300 prophecies, there isn’t enough room on the page for that number of zero’s.

This would be something like a googolplex. A googol is a number that’s 10 to the 100th power. I read an interesting antidote about a young person that was trying to understand what a googol was and he said “Well, you put 1 down on a page and you start writing 0’s until you are tired of writing them. That’s how big a googol is. That got renamed in the math communities to googolplex. A bit of trivia about large numbers, but the possibilities of this happening with just these 48 or 50 prophecies that I’ve shown you is so unbelievably small that it in fact could happen.

That one person would come and fulfill all of those prophecies, you are without excuse, and so am I. There is no explanation other than Yahushua Messiah through YHWH’s grand plan and design made this happen. Here’s a scripture in Hebrews that goes along with Romans 1:20.

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of YHWH, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. (Heb 11:3 KJV)

You have to think about that a little bit, that which is made isn’t made by that which does appear, so the invisible attributes clearly show his divine nature and his divine authority, so that they are without excuse, it says in Romans.

You can look up this study on your own and get a little more detail about it, it’s credited in the forward by American Scientific Affiliation that the statistical analysis was indeed a good valid assessment. It’s an interesting find on this subject on probabilities.

Science Speaks – Online Addition
The Christ of Prophesy – Chapter 3

With all that in mind, not only was it statistically improbable, by orders of magnitude, but Yahushua performed his part perfectly.

The Way
Yahushua fulfilled Every Old Contract Scripture Predicting His Coming
He performed Perfectly

For He (YHWH) hath made him (Yahushua) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of YHWH in him. (2Co 5:21 KJV)

But with the precious blood of Messiah, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you. (1Pe 1:19-20 KJV)

For even hereunto were ye called: because Messiah also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: who did no sin, neither was guile found In his mouth: (1Pe 2:21-22 KJV)

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Yahushua the Son of YHWH; let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. (Heb 4:14-15 KJV)

And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
(1Jo 3:5 KJV)

There is only one answer. That’s the way, The Way is the answer.

We have gotten through part 6 hopefully this insight has given you food for thought and some opportunity to go investigate the scriptures. As I say, don’t believe me, believe what the scriptures say.

Do your own homework

Prove G1381=test, discern, examine all things: hold fast that which is good. (1Thes 5:21 KJV)
If you don’t agree with what you are hearing, at a minimum, suspend your disbelief long enough to go examine. That doesn’t mean to go believe it, it’s the Berean attitude that we find in Acts 17:11. That’s probably the premier scripture for the topic of going and proving things. The Bereans were more noble.

These were more noble that those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched G350=scrutinize, examine the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. (Act 17:11 KJV)

The Bereans suspended their disbelief but they searched and scrutinized they examined the scriptures daily whether those things were so. Go examine the scriptures, what you are hearing, are these things so? Go ask, well you can go ask your pastor and he may say that’s not true, but does he know? Has he examined the scriptures? You need to do it; you can’t lean on somebody else’s good opinion of what is true and what is not. Go find the way.

For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Master: walk as children of light: for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth; proving G1381=test, examine what is acceptable G2101=fully agreeable, well pleasing unto the Master.
(Eph 5:8-10 KJV)

Study to shew thyself approved unto YHWH, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing G3718=make a straight cut the word of truth. (2Tim 2:15 KJV)

You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free – John 8:32
